Hi, I’m Victoria—founder of Picture Purrfect and lifelong animal lover. My journey into photography started with my two beloved dogs, Painter and Lila. I was always snapping photos of them, even giving them their own Instagram account. Over time, my skills grew right alongside my passion.

 

Everything changed in 2018 when I started working at a cat café. I was managing their social media and photographing adoptable cats daily. It was my first deep dive into the world of rescue and I was hooked. I saw firsthand how a good photo could change everything. Shy cats, overlooked cats, older cats—suddenly people were noticing them because of the way I captured their personality through my lens.

 

That experience led me to volunteer my photography with another rescue organization. The rescues I worked with saw a clear increase in adoptions just from having better images of their cats online. I knew then that this wasn’t just a hobby. It was a way to make a real difference. Since then, I haven’t stopped. I have been exclusively working with Tender Loving Cats and have become known as “the photographer.” People have encouraged me for years to turn this into a business, but I held myself back out of self-doubt. I’m still learning every day but I’m finally ready.

 

Picture Purrfect was born from my desire to blend purpose with creativity. This isn’t just a business to me. It’s a way to support rescue work while doing what I love. Whether it's a professional pet portrait or a photo that helps a cat find their forever home, I want every image to matter. I'm ready to help more rescues and expand what I know I can do!
